We're excited to welcome Haley Ward to the OCTO Board of Directors. Haley is Vice President of Sales at Hudson Yards Experiences and brings a career built at the intersection of ticketing, distribution, and live experiences.
Her background spans some of the most prominent organizations in the industry — from WICKED the Musical and The Metropolitan Museum of Art to her current role overseeing sales and partnerships at Hudson Yards. Along the way she has built a global network of ticketing partners, distribution channels, and strategic alliances.
Haley is known for her ability to drive attendance and revenue among both local and tourist audiences, combining expert negotiation with a deep understanding of how distribution actually works in practice. Her experience across multiple verticals — entertainment, museums, and landmark attractions — gives her a perspective on connectivity and integration challenges that maps directly to what OCTO is trying to solve.
She is a champion of diversity, inclusion, and building teams that can operate across different markets and cultures — values that align with OCTO's mission as a globally adopted open standard.
