New Specification Committee Chair: Martin Harlow

We're pleased to announce that Martin Harlow of Prioticket has taken on the role of Chair of the OCTO Specification Committee.

Martin brings deep experience in connectivity and is already leading efforts to expand OCTO's capabilities and adoption. Under his leadership, the Specification Committee will continue driving the technical evolution of the OCTO standard — from new capability proposals through to community review and approval.

The Specification Committee plays a central role in OCTO's work. It's where new ideas become concrete proposals, where edge cases get debated, and where the standard moves forward. Having a chair with Martin's hands-on implementation experience ensures the committee stays grounded in the real-world needs of the ecosystem.
